Ah, there's nothing quite like doing RSA on a long weekend. It feels like I have an extra day to get everything done. Of course, I'm working so that really isn't true. There are a number of special shows coming up in the nexxt couple of months, but I'm going to keep them under wraps until I'm ready to unleash them all on you! We're still looking for designs for a new T-Shirt, so keep them coming in!

Velvet Acid Christ - Ghost Regen (Fractured Coils)
I'll be honest, I haven't really been a VAC fan since "Fun with..." back in 1999. Sadly, the new single for Wound isn't really an exception, but this one track there makes up for the plodding slowness of the rest of the disc. Kinda reminds me of a video game soundtrack, and it's really grown on me.

Nevarakka - Desire (Club)
More Synthpop bordering on eurodance fun from Nevarakka. Of course, if I didn't play the extended club mixes the dance similarities would be gone, but I guess I just like the gay dancefloor beats too much.

Technoir - Manifesto (Delobbo)
How about some technoir to "straighten" things out. Whoops, it's another extended club mix! This band has taken a while, literally years, to grow on me. Recently though I haven't been disappointed. Throw in a Delobbo mix and I'm a happy camper.

Skoyz - Metamorph
I often talk about bands with horrid web sites, and I think Skoyz is going to have to be in the top 10. Hows about telling us who you are! Well, this appears to be a French band that puts out some nifty EBM.

Ellen Alien & Apparat - Way Out (Dance)
Now we need to inject some funky synthy stuff into the mix, and Ellen Alien is just the person to do it. I really only like her stuff wehn she collaborates with people, and this has got such a neat groove that it had to be played.

Spektralized - No Control
I'm really disappointed in the new Spektralized disc. They've learned how to write lyrics in English properly. No more sitting down and riding a bike! I don't know why they bothered with English though, as it's been proven in this "scene" the lyrics don't matter one bit and we don't care if we can understand it or not. German is just fine.

And One - Hardware Conflict
Quirky to the point of sending me into an epileptic seizure, but damn I'm liking this. Reminds me of SPOCK a *lot*.

Resurrection Eve - Wine
Here's another one of those "introduced to us during the listeners month" bands. Kinda lightweight, but there are a number of good tracks on the disc.

What are you waiting for? Check it out!
