Quitting smoking has become increasingly difficult for many hard-core smokers; especially if they accept the usual diagnosis for this dangerous behavior -- not to mention, the bafflegab offered by pharmaceutical companies, politicians, and lawyers.

8-08-06 I started with a compact but comprehensive over-view of the cigarette smoking issue in general. I offered some rare in-sights only a smoking cessation therapist would know. I talked again about the political and economic factors surrounding smoking. I complained about the role of a popular US Surgeon General in a misdiagnoses of smoking behavior that many believe is fact. Toward the end, I reviewed the five previous podcast shows in preparation for submission to the archive program.
