Imperative Reaction - As We Fall (Bunker)
6 Years ago the club Das Bunker put out a pretty good comp. They're a bit heavy on the noise/power electronics but there's always a few "club" tracks in there. This time around we have Imperative Reaction giving us thier trademark: Dnaceable beats with a hint of agression.
Reaper - Weltfremd (Extended)
OK, so I've finally gotten the whole ex-Namnambulu thing down pat. Both Reaper and Frozen Plasma are the same guy, not each band representing one of the guys from NNB. Still, this track sounds like it could have come straight from the "Memories" single or something. Very good, just like the older stuff from the original band.
Skoyz - Dark Energy
Back by popular demand! The RSA fna-base is actually fairly quiet, so when I get several emails saying how much they liked a band, I try my darnest to get another track for you all. These guys tend to go for long intros, and the beat could be brought forward a bit, but I'm liking what I've heard so far!
Frozen Plasma - Irony (DJ Edit)
Yup, you've got it. RSA has become all Vasi all the time! I still think the guy singing for Frozen Plasma sounds like he's forcing his voice a bit, but it's got a beat and I can dance to it. Well, I could if I wasn't sitting at home!
Nevarakka - Magical Moment
Ah, the nice clean cut pseudo-eurodance sounds of Nevarakka. It's actually getting harder to find a track that has even a slight EBM tinge, but the album is just so good overall I'll try to find a third track next week!
Seabound - Traitor (Extended)
How about a nice dark ebm track from Seabound? See, you don't need Hellraiser samples, distorted vocals, and 140BPM to be scary. Just atmosphere. THis song has it in droves, and makes the Extended Electronics comp a must have.
Mesh - Petrified (Reasonably Priced)
I'm slowly getting closer to playing the A23 cover from the new Mesh single, but until I get there lets hear something with a dancy beat and some chugging guitars hiding in the background.
Technoir - Liar (Rotersand)
Chris threw the original of this out to us a few months back, and the Rotersand remix is quite good!
