Howdy!

[Update May 26: I filed an affidavit in response to the injunction request. If anyone would like to see or read it, please email me and I will gladly send it to you (it is a 21K rtf file) Or you can download it here.]

[update May 22: I am back from court. The preliminary hearing has been postponed until Tuesday the 29th.]

If this blog suddenly disappears, it won't be because I went quietly. If you are new to the issue, the relevant background material is here. The offending post (now with the edit), the first cease and desist letter, and the second cease and desist letter). And if you want the really short version, there is a man named XXXXX XXXXXXX XXXXXXX who wants to shut down this blog.

If anyone wants to see or read all 54 pages of the injunction request, please swing by the gallery - they are a little bit too much to post up here. I uploaded the injunction request here [248MB pdf file warning].

[update May 17: I've made Blogger think this post was published tomorrow in order to keep it at the top of the page. In fact I originally posted it at 9:42 AM on May 17, 2007.]

[update May 29: The man who cannot be named has won what I think (and hope) is only a temporary injunction.]
