The Big War between Suzuran and Housen is over. But now that the town is trying to piece itself back together after a failed coup d'tat the real rats are coming in from everywhere.
A couple of young yanki from Osaka make the trip to cause some trouble in the name of their gang. With branches in many regions in Japan, the two feel that this is a prime spot and prime to stake their claim. Their gang is not so willing though. They have been undercover here for a while, and they have seen that to take this city they must take out Suzuran and it's king in the making.
